We loved its marvellous and good location.

the service was good and the food was delicious. had the a double room and it was clean with a great king bed.

Great location and excellent staff here! 🌟 Also, everything we needed, like a private university, was just a short distance away from this hotel.

That was what I call good choice for shopping. Enjoyed Tapachula, the hotel was nice easy to access everything by public transport. The room I had was comfortable with a balcony as well as a great king bed. The staff were good, it was a bonus. The venue was in a magnificent location not far from a fast food chinese restaurant and downtown and cinemas.

The rooms have 2 comfortable chairs and a balcony. the breakfast selection is great with lots of goodies. - the location is excellent, close to public transport, a VIPS restaurant, a department store, cinemas. - the staff is fast and efficient. - the hotel is the top choice in Tapachula.

The rooms here had a comfortable king bed, and the location is convenient, close to stores.

We had a great stay at a comfy and friendly hotel. The staff was kind and accommodating. The room was very comfortable and had excellent amenities like a hair dryer and toiletries. We also appreciated the fresh water and parking availability. The location was convenient, with nearby banks, a beauty salon, and even a restaurant Vips within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

This hotel was located close to everything we wanted to see. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, and we found a delicious one run by women. the staff were very kind, and the room and bathroom were always clean. Although the breakfast options were limited, the food was warm and filling. the beds were comfortable, and we appreciated the good price for the value. We also enjoyed the good location and cleanliness of the hotel.

There was no elevator in the building, making it a bit of a challenge to carry our luggage up and down the stairs.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, close to everything I wanted to see and do. I could easily walk to the beach in just 5 minutes, and the view from my balcony overlooking the marina was simply breathtaking. The room itself was very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed like a hair dryer and ample toiletries. The staff provided excellent service, and Edwin at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure I had the best experience possible. I also loved having breakfast on the outside patio, where I had the chance to meet the young man who trains the beach falcons. this place was a great choice!

My stay in this hotel was really enjoyable. The location was great, close to everything I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. Furthermore, the parking facility was convenient for my car. I was impressed with the breakfast service, it was delicious.

Spent my Christmas vacation here and had a great time! Loved the complimentary breakfast buffet spread and free high-speed WiFi. Perfectly situated in the heart of the city, just a stone's throw away from all the great restaurants, shopping complexes and tourist sites. the comfortable bed and room kept me relaxed and ready for the day ahead.

The pool was too small and unappealing. Despite the friendly staff, the ambiance was a bit dated and could do with some refurbishment to modernize the place.

The hotel had a great breakfast included in the room price, and the location was very convenient, close to restaurants and shops. The room was also quite spacious, which was very nice.

Our stay was not great. The hotel did not feel very clean, and the staff were not very helpful.
